Poverty


Poverty is one of the biggest problem in our society. It is a state of a person or a community that lacks essentials and financial recourses for a standard living. What causes poverty? How can we help people that are homeless because of poverty? Can we truly eliminate poverty?

Poverty is a social issue that is supposed to be prioritized.

Many people specially in this pandemic are living hard in poverty, these people usually doesn't have jobs to sustain the needs of their families. One of the causes of poverty is the low economic growth in the past years. With the low growth of the economy many people will suffer. Some people that live in poverty are still trying to get a good life, some just give up to do something and just keep getting poor and poor. Unfortunate people are having a hard time earning money because of the pandemic, many people lose their jobs and can't find a new one. Sometimes government is the cause of poverty, if a society has a bad leader economy will fall down. If the government is corrupt we will have no funds for the unfortunate and we will have a hard time helping them. We can reduce poverty by raising the employment in our society because if the poor have jobs they will be able to gain money and sustain the needs of their families. Eliminating poverty can be really hard for us, we have to have effort if our goal is to eliminate poverty. We need to have proper access to quality education to help eliminate this problem

Poverty can ruin lots of lives in our society, many people that live in poverty are homeless and doesn't eat three times a day. We need to have a good leader and disciplined community to eliminate poverty. For me it is possible but it is very hard. We need to help each other to end this big problem in our society.
